40 Some time later, both the senior security advisor[a] to the king of Egypt and his head chef[b] offended their master, Egypt’s king. Pharaoh was so angry with his two officers—his senior security advisor and his head chef— that he locked them up in the prison dungeon operated by the captain of the guard, the very place where Joseph was imprisoned.
